Would you like ketchup, soy sauce or salsa with that?

It’ll be a tough choice at Justin Herman Plaza soon: grilled organic hot dogs, fishless sushi wraps with brown rice and Latin American food?

Rec and Park approved three concession stands for the plaza: Let’s Be Frank, Onigilly and La Cocina, the third of which will also be in Dolores Park.

Each stand is paying Rec and Park at least $12,000 a month and altogether no less than $133,000 annually.
