Woman suffers only scratch in wild Bayview shooting

A woman was injured by flying glass after a gun-toting thug fired into her neighbor's Bayview home on Sunday.

The 49-year-old victim was standing outside with a friend in the 1000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue around 7:30 p.m. when the shooting occurred, police said.

A black, 2000s-model, 4-door Lexus carrying four men stopped in front of her neighbor's home.  A passenger got out and fired multiple shots into that home, cops said.

The woman was struck by broken glass after one of several bullet shattered a car window, police said. The woman only had a scratch on her left elbow.

No arrests have been made.
