Woman carjacked in the Richmond

A woman was carjacked in the Richmond neighborhood Sunday morning, police said Monday.

The 56-year-old victim was standing by her running car about 7:15 a.m. at 36th Avenue and Fulton Street when a man aged 30 to 40 approached and pushed her away and jumped into the car, police said.

The suspect then fled with the victim's silver vehicle, which contained her purse, wallet, keys and phone.

No arrest has been made.
