A woman was arrested on felony drunken driving and hit-and-run charges after reportedly striking a police car in the Mission on Sunday night, police said Monday.

Alyssa Marie Baroni, 25, of Healdsburg, was reportedly driving a silver Chrysler that hit a squad car on Albion Street about 10:50 p.m., police Officer Albie Esparza said. The officers' car was driving southbound and Baroni's car was driving northbound when her front end driver's side struck the squad car and kept driving.

The officers gave chase on foot and radioed the call in. Baroni was arrested at 17th and Valencia -- in front of the Mission Police Station -- by responding officers, Esparza said.

She was booked on numerous charges including drunken driving, hit-and-run, speeding and a DUI probation violation, Esparza said.

The officers complained of pain in the leg and the wrist, but the injuries were not life threatening.
