Vans Warped Tour hits the Shoreline this summer

Yes, believe it or not, it’s that time again. Time for the spring ticket presale of the annual punk/emo/metal-fest the Vans Warped Tour, which will steamroll into Shoreline at Mountain View on Saturday, July 2.

The roughly $25 ducats just became available through, and will also include an actual 3-D commemorative ticket, a 2011 tour compilation CD, and a 25 cent donation to the Unite The United charity. And from May 15 to June 15, Vans shoe shops will also be vending the package, as well as inviting artists over for special in-stores in select cities (San Francisco not being one of them, unfortunately).

The 2011 lineup is — as usual — quite lively and varied.

Headlining the main stage? 3OH!3, Travie McCoy, A Day To Remember, Asking Alexandria and The Devil Wears Prada. Also on the all-day bill: D.R.U.G.S., Jack’s Mannequin, Foxy Shazam, Black Veil Brides, Unwritten Law, and one of our favorite new artists, Yelawolf (more on him soon — watch this blog).

For a full list, visit the Warped Tour website. And get ready to rawk.
