Van Hollen: 'Serious reservations' about tax deal 

Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., straddles the fence in an interview with Bloomberg TV. President Obama didn't "give away the store," but he has serious reservations about the package and says that House Democrats have not signed off yet.

The likely outcome: House Democrats provide just enough votes to make this thing work, and no more.
