The woman who secretly recorded the racist rants of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling — leading to his lifetime ban from the NBA — told reporters she wants to be president.

V. Stiviano, 31 — former mistress of the 80-year-old billionaire — made the bizarre comments Tuesday, a few hours after she clumsily roller-skated past the media camped outside her home, the New York Daily News reports.

“One day, I will become president of the United States of America, and I will change the legislation and laws,” Stiviano, who was wearing a tinted visor to hide her face, told KABC-TV.

She spoke the same day NBA Commissioner Adam Silver banned Sterling from the league for his comments about black people.

Silver, who also imposed a $2.5 million fine against the basketball bigot, said Sterling expressed no remorse over the racist comments made public by TMZ on Saturday.

Her lawyer, Mac Nehoray, told the Los Angeles Times that Stiviano recorded Sterling’s anti-black rant, but maintained she had nothing to do with giving the clip to the gossip website.
