U.S. Open tickets going fast, on pace for sellout

The United States Golf Association announced Monday that all grounds and 1895 Club tickets for the final two rounds (Saturday and Sunday, June 16-17) of the 2012 U.S. Open Championship at The Olympic Club are sold out. The weekend sellout puts the USGA on track to mark its 26th consecutive sold-out U.S. Open.

“Ticket sales are currently ahead of our projected pace and we fully anticipate that all championship-round tickets will sell out prior to championship week,” SGA Senior Director of the U.S. Open Championship Reg Jones said.
A limited number of $200 Trophy Club tickets remain for Saturday and Sunday, June 16-17.

Remaining tickets for the first and second rounds (Thursday and Friday, June 14-15) are expected to sell quickly.
Practice-round tickets (Monday through Wednesday, June 11-13) are also available. Ticket prices start at $50 for daily practice-round tickets and range up to $370 for 1895 Club tickets on Friday.
