Unions plan more protests and a recall effort, as authorities ID death threat sender 

Their ranks bolstered by thousands of out-of-state organizers and protesters, Wisconsin public employee unions now say their efforts are entering phase two, with more protests and a recall campaign aimed at Gov. Scott Walker and his Republican allies in the state legislature.

Those 14 Democrat state senators who fled the state in order to prevent Walker's budget reform bill from being considered in the Senate for lack of a quorum also returned to the Badger State over the weekend.

Wisconsin Department of Justice officials confirmed yesterday that they have identified the source of at least one of the many death threats that have been made in recent weeks against Walker and other GOP officials in the state.
