Uh, oh! Rahm's off the ballot...for now 

I guess the appeals court didn't buy that Rahm was living in his crawl space:

(Crain's) — The Appellate Court has overturned a lower court ruling that Rahm Emanuel can stay on the ballot for Chicago mayor, according to reports.

I wouldn't get too excited, though -- if there's time for a quick appeal, the Illinois Supreme Court is owned by the plaintiff's bar.
