Two men injured in separate shootings in SF 

Two men are expected to survive after they were injured in shooting incidents in San Francisco last week, police said.

In the first incident Friday, a 28-year-old man was shot during a dispute with another man near Plymouth and Holloway avenues in Ingleside around 1:50 p.m. Police arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the shooting.

The victim admitted himself to San Francisco General Hospital; his injuries were not life-threatening.

Then on Saturday night, a 35-year-old man was walking down Gilman Avenue near Hawes Street in the Bayview when someone opened fire, striking him in the arm and hip.

He was taken to S.F. General with injuries not considered life-threatening.

As of Monday, police had not reported arrests in either shooting or released detailed suspect descriptions.
