Twin Peaks stabbing case is in jury’s hands

The jury is deliberating 29-year-old Scott Thomas’ fate in his attempted murder trial.

Thomas is accused of stabbing a 15-year girl, and the man who saved her, inside a Twin Peaks bakery May 19, 2007.

Prosecutors claim Thomas was plotting murder for months while at San Quentin State Prison. The stabbing occurred the day after he was released.

His attorney claims Thomas suffered from delusions and believed he could rule the universe by killing.
