TSA detains wrong passenger, bag in knife arrest

Authorities arrested a passenger they say had a knife in his carry-on bag at Tampa International Airport in Florida — but first, they accused the wrong person. Philippe Francois Martinez of Clearwater, Fla., was charged Sunday with carrying a concealed weapon. Transportation Security Administration workers had initially detained the wrong passenger and bag. Authorities then reviewed a video showing that the previous passenger to pass through the checkpoint was the one who had the knife.
