Traffic collisions on streets, highways Thursday morning

A no-injury hit-and-run occurred on the westbound Bay Bridge at the Yerba Buena Island offramp at 7:19 a.m. Thursday, but the vehicles then stopped at Mission and Fifth streets, causing potential delays. Another no-injury hit-and-run occurred on Mission and 13th streets at 7:56 a.m.

A collision occurred on the eastbound Bay Bridge just west of the Treasure Island offramp at 7:44 a.m.

Foggy conditions were reported on northbound state Highway 1 near the connector to northbound state Highway 35 at 6:14 a.m.

At 7:38 a.m., BART reported a 10-minute delay on the Richmond line in the Millbrae and Fremont directions due to an equipment problem.

The 41-Union bus route had rolling delays at 6:53 a.m. due to an accident that did not involve Muni at Van Ness Avenue and Lombard Street.

The eastbound N-Judah line was delayed at The Embarcadero and Folsom Street at 7:51 a.m.
