Today's weather and traffic: Monday, October 8 

Forecasters expect high temperatures in the mid 60s this Columbus Day after a spectacular weekend for Fleet Week and the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival.

Inland and South Bay

Inland and South Bay areas are expected to be sunny with highs in the mid 60s to upper 70s and west winds of 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight

Tonight low temperatures in the lower 50s are expected around the Bay and on the coast, according to the National Weather Service.

Inland and South Bay areas are expected to be partly cloudy with low temperatures in the upper 40s to mid 50s.

Tomorrow

There is a chance of rain Tuesday night along the coast and around the Bay. Highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s are anticipated.

Inland and South Bay areas are expected to be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the evening and expectedhigh temperatures in the mid 60s to lower 70s.

Traffic

Northbound 101 is stop-and-go just passed Highway 92 after an earlier accident near Anza in Burlingame. Traffic is currently moderate heading west on 92 into Half Moon Bay, which should see additional traffic with the pumpkin weigh-off today.
