The Daily Outrage: Mexican gunmen kill 13 students at party

WHO: Gunmen thought to be linked to drug cartels

WHAT: High school and college students who had gathered to watch a boxing match at a party in Ciudad Juarez were gunned down by armed men. Thirteen people between 15 and 20 years old were killed in the attack and another 17 were injured, some critically.

WHY: The motive for the attack was not immediately clear, but drug hitmen have attacked other parties in the city in the past looking for rivals, and police said some teenagers have been involved in drug-related crime, including kidnapping.
