Supremes force re-trial of Hazleton, Pa. immigration laws 

On the heels of their immigration and employment verification ruling in their recent Arizona decision, Supreme Court justices have ordered the Third Circuit to reopen a related case -- a challenge to immigration ordinances in Hazleton, Pa.

Under former Mayor and current Republican Rep. Lou Barletta, Hazleton passed an ordinance punishing employers who hire illegal immigrants, and another punishing landlords who house them. Both laws were nixed in a lower court decision that will have to be reopened now.
