Supes to cast final vote on budget reserve 

The Board of Supervisors is expected to cast a second and final vote Tuesday on legislation that would create a new structure for socking away money in The City’s annual operating budget.

The legislation, which was unanimously approved last week, would do such things as require a certain level of general fund reserve each year, increasingly annually, and establish a budget stabilization fund.
