Supes hold hearing on city debt

On Thursday, the Board of Supervisors Government Audit and Oversight Committee will hold a hearing on The City’s debt. The hearing comes as the city is facing at least three consecutive years of deficits.

The hearing will include talk about The City’s level of debt, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and other debt like the parcel tax for the School District along with possible future debt if bond measures are approved by voters.

The committee meets at 1 p.m. at City Hall in room 250.
