Storms caused $138,000 damage to Port facilities 

Recent winter storms damaged Port of San Francisco-owned facilities.

A gangway that provides access to a small boat launch between piers 1 and 3 collapsed and a dry dock at Pier 50 was mechanically pumped dry after becoming flooded, according to Port spokeswoman Renee Dunn.

The damage will cost an estimated $138,000 to repair, according to Dunn.
