So can we make it official now and say repeal of Obamacare saves money? 

Phil points to the AP scoop of earlier, showing that one of the many drafting errors in Obamacare will cost the government an additional $450 billion over ten years.

If that's the case, can we officially drop the fiction that the repeal of Obamacare would increase the deficit? It wasn't true even without this extra helping of entitlement spending, but now it's impossible to claim otherwise, even using all of the regular budget gimmicks in Obamacare.
