Snooki wins perfurme lawsuit

Things are smelling mighty sweet for Snooki.

TMZ and the UK Daily Mail report that the “Jersery Shore” star, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, has won a lawsuit against a company which described its scent Snazzy as “our version of Snooki by Nicole Polizzi.”

The reality TV star, pregnant with her second child, filed multi-million dollar lawsuit in New York on Excell Brands, calling the packaging of its Snazzy fragrance – which had her name on the box and similar colors to that of her own perfume line – a ripoff.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge reportedly ruled in favor of the 26-year-old star and told the company it can no longer use her likeness on their scent, even though it tried to claim that low-cost imitations of perfumes by Calvin Klein and Estee Lauder perfumes are perfectly legal.

No word on how much money Snooki will be awarded.
