Sniffling, sneezing, coughing, so you can get busted by cops medicine

Crooks get colds, too.

A man was arrested for stealing $200 worth of cold medicine from a San Francisco Safeway store around 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

A store worker saw him stuff “numerous boxes of merchandise” down the side of his pants at the store in the 4900 block of Mission Street, police said.

Cops were called after the suspect walked out the store without paying.

The suspect was cited for the theft and can expect a court date, police said.
