Shooting outside McDonald's in San Francisco leaves one wounded 

A person who was shot in the hip Saturday evening near Fillmore Street and Golden Gate Avenue is expected to survive, but the shooter remains on the loose.

According to San Francisco police, the victim, described as a male, walked in to the California Pacific Medical Center at Sacramento and Webster streets with a gunshot would around 6 p.m. after being dropped of by a cab.

The victim told police he was shot while standing in front of the McDonalds at the 1100 block of Fillmore.

The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A suspect has not been identified and there is no description of the suspect, according to police.
