Shattered window cleared from Kearny Street

Kearny Street between Pine and California streets in San Francisco reopened after crews cleared the roadway of broken glass that scattered after a Bank of America building window shattered Thursday afternoon.

A window from the 38th floor of the building shattered about 1 p.m. and left broken glass on the street, according to the San Francisco Fire Department. Kearny Street in that area was closed for more than two hours while crews cleaned the road. No injuries were reported, according to a fire dispatcher.
