SFPUC seeks feedback on the Bay

Calling all kayakers, surfers and fisherman along the bayside of San Francisco: The City’s Public Utilities Commission needs your help.

The City agency has released a survey asking for users of the Bay to help them learn more about the recreational use of the water and how it can be improved.

The eight-question survey asks residents to specify where they get in the water and what they most use it for — from swimming to paddle boarding or clamming.

According to the SFPUC, the information they receive will help “determine the extent of water contact recreation and the major factors that influence people’s decision to use or not use these areas.”

Survey’s are being collected here.
