SFPD holds program on child safety in cars 

The San Francisco Police Department Traffic Company is hosting a child passenger safety program on Friday at 11 a.m.

The program, which will be held at the parking lot of Diamond Heights Shopping Center, 5290 Diamond Heights Blvd., will provide information on child passenger enforcement and outreach as well as offer vouchers for low-cost car seats by the Department of Public Health.

There will also be a training class, including a car seat checkup and installation.
