SFO could see flight delays due to fog

As usual, the foggy weather means possible delays at the San Francisco International Airport today.

This morning all flights were on time, but the Federal Aviation Administration issued a ground delay that is effective at 9 a.m.

It limits the number of planes that can land and could cause delays to both departing and arriving flights.

On Monday, however, the ground delay did not cause any major setbacks, according to a duty manager.

The weather is supposed to be foggy in the morning through Friday -- then a storm is headed for the Bay Area, according to the National Weather Service.
