SF State women rally, but fall short against Sonoma State

ROHNERT PARK -- Senior guard Jasmine Flanagan scored 15 of her 21 points in the second half, but it was not enough as the San Francisco State women's basketball team fell to Sonoma State 70-64 Sunday.

The Gators remained winless, falling to 0-8 overall and 0-4 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association, while the Seawolves improved to 4-4 and 2-2.

Hannah Sourek scored 20 points to lead Sonoma State.

The Gators pulled within 57-56 on Brittaney Allison's jumper with 7:56 left, but Sonoma State went on a 9-0 run to pull away.
