SF ranks high in Norton’s Riskiest Online Cities list 

San Francisco came in No. 4 on the Norton Top 10 Riskiest Online Cities list. In a report released by security software maker Symantec Corp., Seattle was No. 1, followed by Boston and Washington. Rounding out the Top 10 were Raleigh, N.C.; Atlanta; Minneapolis; Denver; Austin, Texas; and Portland, Ore. The rankings were determined through cyberattack data and potential malware infections. Also included was third-party information about online behavior, such as accessing Wi-Fi hotspots and online shopping.
