Richmond

Richmond, most of Golden Gate Park

Bathroom-break brawl: Two men, a 24-year-old and a 31-year-old, were charged with aggravated assault, criminal threats, weapons possession and a hate crime after hitting someone with a belt buckle and punching and kicking him after an altercation regarding urinating on a garage door on the 500 block of 21st Avenue at 2:30 p.m. May 18.

The two suspects were on their way home from the Bay to Breakers race when the incident occurred.

Park

Cole Valley, Haight, Castro, Twin Peaks, Panhandle

Drugged?: A female resident of the Haight district told officers at 10:30 p.m. May 18 that she had met a man earlier in the day at a bus stop. After traveling together downtown and exchanging phone numbers, they arranged to meet on Haight Street.

He suggested that they go back to her place and have a drink. He drank a beer and she had tea, and afterward she said she felt tired and asked the man to leave. The woman said she awoke the next morning naked in her bed. She said she was in pain.

The officers treated the bedroom as a crime scene and sought medical help.

Ingleside

Glen Park, Bernal Heights, Excelsior, St. Francis Wood

Punch drunk: A man struck a 31-year-old woman from Santa Cruz in the face as they passed each other on the sidewalk of the 3300 block of Mission Street at 4:40 p.m. May 21.

The woman signed a complaint and the man, a 40-year-old Noe Valley resident, was cited for battery and booked for public drunkenness.

Taraval

Sunset, Parkside, portions of Golden Gate Park

Baby grab: Officers went to an address on the 1700 block of 36th Avenue, where a man and a woman were in a dispute over their infant at 8:30 a.m. May 21. The officers investigated and found that the man had elbowed the woman while grabbing for the infant. He was cited for battery.
