SF pedestrian killed in collision with car 

An elderly man was struck and killed by a car in Outer Parkside on Monday morning, police and the Medical Examiner’s Office said Tuesday.

The collision was reported about 6:30 a.m. Monday at 41st Avenue and Pacheco Street, police said.

The victim, identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office as 88-year-old San Francisco resident Jinrog Ouyang, was hit by a car traveling on Pacheco Street, police said.

Ouyang was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene. No other information about the crash was immediately available.
