Sean Duffy, R, hits the air in Wisconsin 

Sean Duffy, the Republican candidate for the Wisconsin seat of retiring House Appropriations Chairman David Obey, has gone up on the air early to improve his name-recognition:

This race is a bit of a longshot, but Duffy, who had planned to challenge Obey before he retired, has a huge head start and a big lead in terms of fundraising. If this race becomes a dogfight, then Democrats’ House majority really is in danger.
