Scoop! ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ cast: It’s war!

The ugly October squabble that divided the cast of "Grey’s Anatomy" has resurfaced. Co-star Katherine Heigl is so irate over castmate Isaiah Washington’s comments about the incident in a Golden Globes press room, she asserts, "He needs to just not speak in public. Period."

Last fall, Isaiah and "Grey’s" star Patrick Dempsey came to blows on set when Isaiah reportedly referred to co-star T.R. Knight with a homophobic slur.

Fast-forward to Monday night: As the cast celebrated its Globes win for best drama, Isaiah tried to explain the incident away, insisting the T.R. insult "never happened" … but he kinda undermined his own credibility when he let the offensive word slip again. (T.R. told Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday that the initial public slur did indeed occur and prompted him to come out as a gay man.)

So Katherine joined the "Grey’s" fray, declaring at a Globes after-party, "I don’t think [Isaiah] means it the way he comes off. ... But T.R. is my best friend. I will throw down for that kid. I will beat you up. I will use every ounce of energy I have to take you down if you hurt his feelings."

Well, OK, maybe violence isn’t the answer. But we can hardly blame Katherine for calling out Isaiah’s ignorant attitude and "hurtful" language. Let’s hope he heeds her warning and keeps his foot out of his mouth from now on.

When Jens Collide?

More post-Globes dirt: Another awards after-party almost brought about a Bennifer I flashback. Life&Style reports that Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony arrived at the NBC/Universal soiree, where — cue suspenseful organ music — her ex Ben Affleck and his new Jen, wife Jennifer Garner , were also in attendance.

Sadly for gossip hounds everywhere, security guards stepped in to help Bennifer Deux prevent such a tense sitch from taking place.

"J.Lo came up one elevator and we had her wait a moment as we escorted Jen and Ben onto another elevator out of the party," a source recalled to the magazine’s Web site. "Thankfully they missed each other, but only by a few moments!"

What were those goons thinking? Who wouldn’t have loved to be a fly on the wall for that awkward A-list encounter?

Naomi’s Phone Plea

Naomi Campbell confessed to throwing her cell phone at her maid, so she won’t be seeing the inside of a cell anytime soon. In a NYC courtroom on charges of second-degree felony assault that could have landed her up to seven years in jail, the hot-tempered supermodel pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault. She said, "I threw a cell phone in the apartment. The cell phone hit [former employee] Ana [Scolavino]. This was an accident because I did not intend to hit her."

(Funny. You’d think after all the objects Naomi has thrown, she would have learned that they tend to fly through the air and hit people.)

Rather than doing time, the cantankerous catwalker will log five days of community service, pay Ana’s medical bills and take a (much-needed) crash course in anger management.

Brangelina’s Big Move

Jet-set couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally found a place to settle down long enough to enroll their kids in school. The Oscar-winning actress and humanitarian confirmed to Us Weekly that she and the "Babel" star are moving with their three children (Maddox, 5; Zahara, 2; and baby Shiloh) to New Orleans. "We love it there," Angelina said. "The kids are going to go to school there. We’re really looking forward to it."

The family has been getting to know the Big Easy as Brad films "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." According to Us, Brangelina recently invested in a six-bedroom French Quarter mansion, and Angie — of course — is seeking out local charity work opportunities.
