Scoop: Does Oksana have a secret weapon against Mel?

Mel Gibson’s lawyer says his baby-mama is a liar — and that the “Braveheart” star never punched her, knocking out her teeth, as she claims in an emergency restraining order filed last week.

According to the attorney, Oksana Grigorieva made up the story because she’s dissatisfied with a custody agreement that grants each parent equal time with baby Lucia. But is it possible the singer has proof of her allegations?

“Oksana’s deceitful conduct in trying to terminate Mel’s access to his daughter continues,” the controversial director’s lawyer fumed to TMZ. “Making sensational allegations is not the way to resolve this.”

However, a source tells Radar Online that Oksana actually has evidence to use against her baby-daddy in court, which she has stored on DVD.

What might this mysterious evidence consist of? The site doesn’t speculate on whether it pertains to the alleged Jan. 6 domestic altercation. But Mel is said to have successfully petitioned the court to seal the evidence.

If such a DVD exists, we’re guessing it’s only a matter of time before its contents are leaked. Stay tuned.

Angie’s ‘Little Dudes’

Angelina Jolie is opening up about her family — for a change. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the Oscar winner says she hasn’t ruled out having more kids with longtime partner Brad Pitt, and even tackles the topic that has so scandalized the tabloids: Why does Shiloh look like a boy?

Her tomboy daughter, 4, dresses “like a little dude,” Angelina acknowledges. “She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys’ everything. She thinks she’s one of the brothers.”

The Jolie-Pitts’ other biological offspring, toddler twins Knox and Vivienne, seem to have embraced gender roles more readily. They’re “classic boy and girl,” says Angie. “She’s really female. And he’s really a little dude.”

Of course, Angelina fields the inevitable question: Are she and Brad ever going to make it official?

“[We’re not] against getting married, [but] it’s just like we already are,” explains the “Salt” star. “Children are clearly a commitment, a bigger commitment [than marriage]. It’s for life.”

Well, some would say that’s true of marriage as well — but evidently that’s not the way things work in Hollywood. Just ask Jennifer Aniston.

Dina’s Reality

Does the world need another reality show about the Lohans? No, it does not. But that hasn’t stopped matriarch Dina from shopping a new series.

“We’re discussing a deal with a major network,” DiLo tells the New York Post.

“We have already started filming. The cameras follow us in our daily lives and as we promote our businesses,” says the veteran of “Living Lohan,” which had pretty much the same exact premise. “I want to prove that we are a good, hardworking family and we don’t have the crazy lives that some people claim we do. The show will feature my kids, and Lindsay will also appear in some episodes, although she’s very busy filming and promoting her fashion lines.”

Translation: Troubled though her career is, LiLo will not stoop to appearing on her mom’s reality show, and it will not get picked up by a network. We owe you one, Linds!
