  • Actress and novelist Carrie Fisher, best known for her performance as Princess Leia in the original Star Wars trilogy, attends the Star Wars Celebration at Messe Essen on July 27, 2013 in Essen, Germany.
As “Star Wars: Episode VII” rumors continue to infiltrate the galaxy, Carrie Fisher served up news to rabid fans.

The Huffington Post reports that during an interview with TV Guide about upcoming appearances on “Legit” and “The Big Bang Theory,” Fisher said she will pick up her lightsaber again, and so will co-stars Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford.

“I’d like to wear my old [cinnamon buns] hairstyle again — but with white hair,” she told TV Guide. “I think that would be funny.”

It has been rumored that Fisher, Hamill and Ford will reprise their roles as Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, respectively, for the new J.J. Abrams-directed “Star Wars” movie.

Meanwhile, at the Television Critics Association winter press tour earlier this month, Abrams said the movie will begin shooting in May.
