Scoop: Attorney spurns LiLo, claims she’s ‘fragile’

The attorney contacted by Lindsay Lohan to replace her fed-up former counsel said he declined to take the case because the troubled starlet is out of touch with reality — the fact that she’s been sentenced to 90 days in jail hasn’t sunk in.

“My impression of Lindsay is that she’s a fragile, lost child — a sleeping beauty with her head in the sand,” metaphor-mixing attorney Stuart Goldberg told People magazine. “I found her not fully forewarned of the consequence of her actions. I’m concerned that she’s not disciplined or tethered enough to the reality of adult consequences. She doesn’t seem to have the awareness of what’s going to befall her.”

When Goldberg asked whether Lindsay was prone to self-harming, “she started sobbing quietly. She was genuinely in pain.”

And when the attorney suggested the “Mean Girls” star leave the “toxic environment” of nightclub-happy L.A., “she was like Teflon to that comment. It just slid right off her. She seemed to have some inner deep sadness that that was her fate.”

Even if he isn’t representing her, shouldn’t this meeting have been confidential?

Bad Dream

To the surprise of absolutely nobody who saw recent photos of ‘The-Dream’ frolicking in the Caribbean with his assistant, the producer and singer wife Christina Milian are separating.

“Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful,” he said in a statement. “The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet.”

Buzz that the couple was on the rocks began some time ago, but it became a lot harder to deny last weekend, when The-Dream was snapped with bikini-clad brunette Melissa Santiago straddling his waist, her arms around his neck.

Apparently, he wasn’t — wait for it — Christina’s dream man after all.

Truck Tryst?

We’re pretty sick of the whole Jake Pavelka-Vienna Girardi “Bachelor” breakup, but discussing their drama is less stomach-churning than relaying Mel Gibson’s latest abusive, racist tirades. So it’s with that in mind that we regale you with this new tangle in Vienna’s web of lies: Her ex-boyfriend said she was intimate with him 10 days before splitting with then-fiance Jake.

“We were in my truck hooking up, her shirt was off and Jake just kept calling over and over again,” Lee Smith, an on-off boyfriend of the reality TV star, told Radar Online. Only after their rendezvous did Vienna take her betrothed’s call, Lee said.

“She picked up the phone and started yawning and pretending she was sleeping,” he said.

And, Lee claimed Vienna’s attempts to reconcile with him had begun with phone calls just a month after her much-publicized TV engagement.

“At first, it was just once a week and she would tell me she missed me,” Lee said. “But then, she started asking me to break up with my girlfriend because she couldn’t imagine me having sex with another woman and she explained that she and Jake weren’t physically intimate.”

We know there are two (or, in this case, several) sides to every story, but this Vienna seems like a real piece of work.
