San Francisco woman attacked by man who refused to leave her refuse alone

The trash took her out. A San Francisco woman who told a neighbor not to rummage through her garbage bins was assaulted by the man, she told police on Monday.

The woman went to Ingleside Station to report the attack around 8:10 a.m.

She told cops that the neighbor usually leaves a mess in his wake after rummaging through her garbage bins in the 500 block of Precita Avenue, near Precita Park.

When she went out to her driveway to ask him to stop, he punched her in the arm and kicked her in the leg without warning. Then he walked away.

The victim did not request medical attention, but she asked that cops confront him, police said.
