San Francisco police make arrest in human trafficking sting 

Two men were arrested Monday, one on felony human trafficking charges, during a sting conducted by San Francisco police officers and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, police said.

Jaquain Young, 39, of San Francisco, reportedly recruited a minor for sexual services, police said. Young had agreed to meet the juvenile at 48th Avenue and Point Lobos, where he and 25-year-old Ijeoma Ogbuagu were both placed under arrest.

Young is charged with human trafficking, pandering, pimping, conspiracy and participating in a criminal street gang, police said. Ogbuagu is charged with participating in a criminal street gang, conspiracy and an outstanding felony warrant.

The police department’s Special Victims Unit, along with Richmond station and the FBI conducted the sting, police said.
