San Francisco man cleaned of Porsche, laptops while showering

It was a clean getaway. A man who was showering Saturday was robbed of two laptops and his 1999 Porsche Boxster after forgetting to lock up his San Francisco apartment.

The 39-year-old victim told cops he was in an upstairs bathroom when at least one crook snuck into the apartment between 10:20 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.

The victim lives in the 300 block of Liberty Street, near Dolores Park, police said.

When the victim came downstairs, he noticed the computers and car keys missing. Then he went outside and saw that his silver two-door Porsche was gone, police said.

There has been no arrest.
