San Francisco in top spot for healthy living 

The City, Oakland and Fremont came in fifth best among large metropolitan areas for residents’ well-being. The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index surveyed 52 areas with populations of at least 1 million, and gave the three-city area a rating of 68.1. San Jose-
Sunnyvale-Santa Clara was No. 1 at 69.2. Las Vegas ranked last.
