San Francisco crooks wrap up the week with some car-related crimes and a drug deal gone bad

24th Avenue and Kirkham Street
3:15 a.m. Thursday

A 45-year-old man looking to get high was jumped by three hoodlums, police said. After beating him, they took his wallet, phone and cash.

24th Avenue and Kirkham Street
11:05 p.m. Wednesday

A 40-year-old woman was carjacked, police said. The victim was sitting in the passenger seat of her car when a suspect jumped into the driver’s side. He yelled for the victim to get out, but she refused; he drove her to 24th Avenue and Kirkham Street and pushed her out of the vehicle.

900 block of Connecticut Street,
9:30 a.m. Tuesday

Four parked cars were riddled with bullets in a public housing complex, police said. Several witnesses heard shots, but the suspects are unknown. No one was hurt.

Geneva Avenue and Howth Street
3:45 p.m. Wednesday

A 30-year-old woman was assaulted and robbed while sitting in her car, police said. A teenage girl and a woman in her 50s were following the victim in another car. When the victim stopped behind a bus, the two got out, punched the victim, grabbed her wallet from the dashboard and fled.
