San Francisco cellphone warning law ruled unconstitutional by federal judge

Much of San Francisco’s first-in-the nation law requiring companies such as Verizon Communications Inc. and AT&T Inc. to post warnings in cellphone retail stores about radiation emissions was ruled by a federal judge to be a violation of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
