Rollover crash snarls Bay Bridge traffic

The morning commute was disrupted on the Bay Bridge on Thursday morning by a rollover crash that briefly blocked several westbound lanes, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

The CHP responded to the westbound lanes just past the toll plaza where a vehicle had crashed and overturned, CHP Officer A. Paulson said.

There were no major injuries, Paulson said.

A Sig-alert was issued at 6:45 a.m. and canceled at 7:12 a.m. when the crash was cleared.
