It’s a staggering but true fact: sultry R&B diva Rihanna is the No. 1 female artist on Facebook, with (cough, choke) over 45 million faithful followers.

Now that’s a fan base.

So understandably, she’s utilizing her profile page (www.facebook.com/rihanna) for more than just idle chatter and shameless self-promotion – as a special thank-you to her following, also known as #rihannanavy, she’s debuting a feature called “Rihanna: Unlocked,” an interactive, gamified experience that allows players to gradually unearth treasures, like the lyrics and art to her new single “We Found Love” with Calvin Harris.

The song itself is debuting on the page today, as well as at radio.

And it’s all leading up to the singer’s latest album, due for release on Nov. 21, and as yet untitled, on Def Jam Recordings. It follows her multi-platinum 2010 smash “LOUD.”

And she’s planning many more surprises via “Rihanna: Unlocked” – fans should regularly check in with her via Facebook for more details. And/or challenges. Hey – 45 million people dig your material? If ya got it, flaunt it!
