Reward offered for man wanted in SF, San Mateo counties 

Police say this man is armed, dangerous and wanted for shooting a man multiple times during a 2009 armed robbery in the Western Addition.

Michael Douglas Nealy, 33, is being hunted by authorities in both San Francisco and San Mateo counties, having been accused of paralyzing a man after the June 23, 2009, shooting at 1019 Golden Gate Ave.

He is also wanted on an arrest warrant in San Mateo County, police said.

The mayor will dish out $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Nealy, police said.

Anyone with information on the case should contact an inspector in the Criminal Investigations Unit at (415) 553-1201, police said.
