‘A Mad Hatter Cocktail Party’: On Thursday, the Junior League of San Francisco hosted an Alice in Wonderland-themed party for patrons and sponsors of its upcoming 84th annual fashion show, “Through the Looking Glass.”
Guests were encouraged to wear headgear at the gathering, held at Robert Fountain’s design studio RF-80.


Gathering for the animals

Zoo auxiliary benefactors party: Leading patrons of the San Francisco Zoo and supporters of its education and conservation programs gathered last month at a private residence in Pacific Heights to enjoy cocktails and prepare for “Zootopia,” a fundraiser featuring fine wines and elegant dining at Spruce restaurant.


Laughing matters with Epiphany 

Epiphany Center comedy cabaret benefit: This year’s event, the 13th annual, was “The Dr. Pheel Show: An Evening of Group Therapy with Classic TV Characters.” Performers provided the laughs Friday at the Great American Music Hall. The event was a fundraiser for the Epiphany Center, which provides recovery-based services to adult women and their children.
