Red-carpet creeper flashes thong, grabs Ciara at Paris Fashion Week

A fame-hungry Ukrainian prankster is still terrorizing the red carpets of Paris, and police there apparently still don't care.

The red-carpet crasher, whose name is being withheld by some media outlets reluctant to give him publicity, accosted R&B singer Ciara outside a Fashion Week event Tuesday.

The crasher threw off a heavy coat to reveal a thong and spangled gold blouse -- already a fashion crime -- and hugged the 28-year-old tightly before mugging for the cameras, according to the New York Post.

"Ban [sic] in USA but I rock Chanel," scrawled on his inner thigh, described his American misadventures; he was sentenced to probation and banned from celebrity events after punching Brad Pitt at a movie premiere in May.

Ciara did not stick around to read it, hobbling away as fast as her cherry-red stiletto heels could take her.

French police told TMZ they would not take any action against the interloper for Tuesday's incident. They also declined to act after he tackled Kim Kardashian at a Fashion Week event Thursday, nearly knocking her to the ground.

SULLIVAN STATUE IS MIA

Ed Sullivan is gone.

The broadcaster, who famously hosted The Beatles' debut on American television 50 years ago, died during the Ford administration, but now his statue in Los Angeles is gone, too.

According to The Associated Press, police had no new leads Tuesday after thieves purloined the 18-inch bronze statue from an outdoor exhibit at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences on Sunday. Nearby statues of Walt Disney and Jack Benny remained unmolested.
