Red Carpet: Celebrating 75 years of great modern art

At SFMOMA's 75th anniversary exhibitions preview and kickoff party, patrons and members of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art got a jump on the institution’s special anniversary festivities Friday with an advance viewing of the exhibits and a party in the galleries. The City’s most prominent art benefactors were in attendance.

New fresh space for food

Beautifull store opening: Eric Greenberg, founder and CEO of Beautifull, hosted a party last week to celebrate the opening of a second “Fresh Foodspace” offering healthy prepared foods at Irving Street and Ninth Avenue in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset
district. Notables including Dr. Dean Ornish attended the event, which was a benefit for the UC San Francisco Medical Center.

Ballet patrons on their toes

SF Ballet Auxiliary benefactor party: Holly and Karl Peterson opened their home last week for a gathering in anticipation of San Francisco Ballet’s opening gala Wednesday. The preview party was presented by the S.F. Ballet Auxiliary, a fundraising group of 100 dedicated to supporting The City’s venerable dance company.
