Reality Steve eats crow for being wrong about ‘Bachelorette’

The sun has officially set on the Reality Steve empire, and we’re pretty sure ABC is enjoying the whole thing immensely.

The network successfully sued the blogger for repeatedly spoiling the endings to its “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” franchises, but as viewers learned on Monday night, Steve was way wrong-o this time when he predicted that Brooks would be the last man standing. Desiree Hartsock instead chose boring old Chris.

“Wow,” tweeted Steve, “Uhhhh, didn’t see that coming.”

Steve, of course, got socked with tons of hate mail from people whose lives wax and wane to the tide of all things “Bachelorette.” His only response was to point out all the other times he has been wrong in the past, promising to “bounce back” again if we will just hold fast and keep the faith.

The real question is, when will interest in the show fade entirely? It keeps going and going and going …
